Free Tribal Leadership Audio Book

I've written about Zappos several times and have just noticed they are offering free audio for the Tribal Leadership book. (You will need to register).

I'll be honest to say that I hadn't heard of the book, but you can read about it on Amazon. Zappos are quite well known for their non-traditional approach to business, so hopefully if it comes recommended it will be a good read (or listen!).
