Hi
I've had the opportunity to be using technology for learning and development for over 20 years. Working on some real ground breaking projects.
Over the past 3 years I've made a significant shift towards performance management - believing it really helps justify investment in people development - from inside the business - truly engaging and rewarding people for their efforts - bringing the business closer together as a whole.
