
If you are on the hunt for a job isn't their website the first place you would go? You'd naturally have a look around their site to see their latest job offerings and try to get an idea of what they are like to work for.
Yet so many companies get it wrong. The most off putting (in my humble opinion) are
employee profiles that literally make you cringe.
I came across
StandOut Jobs, which makes it easier for companies to express themselves, their culture and opportunities. I set one up for
Driven Systems. Although it has fairly basic information at the moment, isn't it much better than static/fake employee profiles?
