Social Networking sites get slated all the time by organisations for zapping time out of their employees. The smart thing would be to have a social network specifically for your company.

It is not difficult to implement a solution for your company, however big or small. And over time it will probably just get easier. Microsoft appear to be creating a Facebook clone for their employees and are already reaping the benefits. How long will it be until it becomes a standard Microsoft product?
