FlockUp - subject related groups for people who Twitter

FlockUp is a website that allows people who Twitter to join groups/flocks on a specific subject. So I had a look to see what is there and what else could be added.

So there is a Human Resources Flock created by @hughflouch and one for Talent Management created by myself. It would be great to meet like minded people.
